AB Maritime has been founded for the purpose  of developing a fleet that builds bridges of trust and closeness between members of the Arab World. The dream has become a reality due to the vast success of the Arabic Solidarity Project.

 

The Company was established in 1985 by the governments of Jordan, Egypt and Iraq to provide shipping and logistics services as well as passenger and touristic transportation between Jordan and Egypt through its operation of the Aqaba-Nuweiba line. 

 

Over the course of the company's rich history as a cargo -and passenger- shipping carrier, AB Maritime's fleet has carried more than 20 million passengers on its vessels between the ports of Aqaba and Nuweiba, which created a strong positive influence on the founding countries’ economy and commerce.  

 

Our fleet is continuously at your service. Pella and Black Iris and Shehrazade will take you and your vehicle on a cruise to Nuweiba under the supervision of our specially trained staff that are all extremely proficient in all handling procedures. And this year “Bridge” has joint our fleet with a capacity of 60 trailers to meet the  increased demand on the Aqaba Nweibee Line.

 

Moreover, you can enjoy the comfort and excitement that only our Princess can offer, with everything you need on board to enjoy an unforgettable journey in the beautiful Red Sea. 

 

Also you can enjoy the distinguished services onboard the fast boat Queen Nefertiti by offering  an enjoyable and unforgettable trip although limited, as the journey takes less than an hour.

 

Due to the success of the Company and its growth potential in the maritime field, AB Maritime is taking the necessary actions to operate a new line between Safaga and Dheba. We are also opening a new touristic line (Aqaba-Taba) to spread the activities of the Company.

 

Our reputation, as it has been built over the years, is based upon our commitment to provide our clients with a consistently high quality of service. Safety is not an option and it is present in all our activities .our approach to safety and environment is based on a carefully prepared and thoroughly implemented strategy .
